Open the app TapTaxi on your smartphone.
Select the tab Odpalanie (jump start).
Let the app find your location, or enter your address yourself.
Confirm your booking. The nearest available driver will come to help.

When can a jump start help?

If you turn the key and hear only a clicking sound.
If your car is in a tight underground parking space where another car cannot get close enough, a portable battery booster can help. Mention this in your note to the driver so they bring the right equipment.
